Please note that bulk flowers arrive to us as they are harvested at the farm. Natural variations in size, shade, and maturity are normal. While we strive for consistency, flowers may not always match the exact color tone shown online.
We do not accept returns for:
A small percentage of damage or breakage (5–10%) is normal in bulk flower shipments and reflects industry standards.
If damage or spoilage exceeds this tolerance, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Picture proof will be required.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.
Approved refunds or credits will be processed to the original form of payment (credit, debit, cash).
In some cases, a replacement on your next order may be offered instead of a refund, depending on availability.
