CARE AND PREPARATION – DAISIES & CHRYSANTHEMUMS
DIY Bulk Flower Guide
To keep your Daisy Mauve flowers fresh and vibrant, follow these simple care instructions:
- Trim the Stems – Upon arrival, cut 1-2 cm off the stems at an angle using clean, sharp scissors or a knife.
- Use Clean Water – Fill a clean vase with fresh, cool water and change it every two days.
- Add Flower Food – If available, add flower food to the water to prolong their lifespan.
- Remove Foliage – Strip any leaves that would be submerged in water to prevent bacterial growth.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight & Heat – Place your flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heaters, or drafts.
- Check Water Levels – Daisies are thirsty flowers; ensure the water level remains high and replenish as needed.
- Re-trim Stems – Every few days, recut the stems to help them absorb water better.
