Rice flower is a delicate filler flower known for its soft texture and clusters of small blooms. It requires standard care but should be handled with attention, as it can shed easily and foliage may deteriorate quickly.

1. Unpack immediately. Remove stems from the box as soon as they arrive.
2. Remove packaging. Take off all wrapping and gently separate the bunch.
3. Clean the stems. Rice flower tends to shed and have lower leaves that blacken quickly. Gently shake the bunch to remove loose pieces, then clean off any damaged foliage—only the flowers are typically desired.
4. Prepare clean water. Fill a clean bucket or vase with fresh water and add floral food.
5. Trim stems. Cut 1–2 inches off the stems at an angle using sharp shears or a knife.
6. Hydrate properly. Place immediately in water and keep in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat.
7. Handle with care. Avoid excessive handling once cleaned, as the blooms can shed easily.
8. Maintenance. Change water as needed and re-cut stems every few days for best longevity.

No cancellations, reductions, or modifications are accepted within two (2) weeks of the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery & Preparation
Flowers are delivered farm-packed, untrimmed, and uncleaned, exactly as received from the grower. Standard preparation is required prior to use.

Natural Variation
As a natural product, variations in color, shade, bloom size, and openness may occur and may differ from screen images.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, particularly during peak holiday periods or periods of limited availability.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Sales Policy
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, including in cases of over-ordering, unused flowers, or change of mind.

Natural Loss Allowance
As flowers are shipped directly from the farm, a natural loss of approximately 5–10% may occur due to transport and handling. This is considered standard within the floral industry.
