At Fleurs en Vrac MTL, we specialize in bulk flowers shipped directly from the farms, ensuring freshness and quality for your event or project. Please review our shipping policy below.<\/p>

Shipping Costs<\/h2>

Shipping costs are based on your delivery area and will be calculated automatically at checkout. You may also choose our pick-up option<\/strong> at no charge.<\/p>

Delivery Schedule & Recommendations<\/h2>
  • Delivery date<\/strong>: Orders are delivered on the requested date<\/strong> between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.<\/li>
  • Advance ordering<\/strong>: While orders are always delivered on the date you select, we recommend placing bulk orders at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.<\/li>
  • Last-minute orders<\/strong>: We often have a wide variety on hand and can usually accommodate shorter notice orders. If a specific product is not available, we will contact you before confirming substitutions.<\/li>
  • Farm arrivals<\/strong>: In rare cases, shipments from the farms may arrive earlier or later than expected. If this affects your order date, we will reach out to coordinate.<\/li>
  • Best practice<\/strong>: We recommend receiving your flowers a couple of days prior to your event, especially if you will be arranging them yourself or need time for the blooms to open.<\/li><\/ul>

    Delivery Conditions<\/h2>
    • A signature is required<\/strong> for all bulk flower deliveries.<\/li>
    • We do not leave deliveries with neighbors unless specifically requested.<\/li>
    • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the order may be returned to our store. A second delivery fee will apply.<\/li>
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will also result in a second delivery fee.<\/li><\/ul>
