Aspidistra leaves are durable, glossy foliage commonly used for structural and decorative designs. Please follow these steps carefully upon receiving your leaves:

1. Unpack immediately. Remove the leaves from the box as soon as they arrive.
2. Remove outer packaging. Take off all outer packaging and protective sleeves.
3. Clean the leaves. Aspidistra leaves may arrive with some surface residue. Gently wipe each leaf with a clean, damp cloth to restore its natural shine.
4. Optional leaf shine. For a polished look, you may apply a plant leaf shine product to enhance gloss and presentation.
5. Prepare clean water. Fill a clean bucket or vase with fresh water. Floral food is optional, as foliage typically does not require it.
6. Trim the stems if needed. Cut a small portion off the base of the stem using sharp shears or a knife.
7. Hydrate properly. Place stems into water and keep them in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
8. Very durable foliage. Aspidistra is known for its long-lasting quality and performs well in a wide range of arrangements.
9. Daily care. Change the water occasionally and wipe leaves as needed to maintain a clean, glossy appearance.

Large orders, event orders, or volume purchases should be placed 2–3 weeks in advance to help ensure availability and proper allocation.

Available year-round, subject to farm availability and seasonal supply fluctuations.

Cancellations & Modifications
No cancellations, reductions, or modifications are accepted within two (2) weeks of the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery & Preparation
Flowers are delivered farm-packed, untrimmed, and uncleaned, exactly as received from the grower. Standard preparation is required prior to use.

Natural Variation
As a natural product, variations in color, shade, bloom size, and openness may occur and may differ from screen images.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, particularly during peak holiday periods or periods of limited availability.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Sales Policy
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, including in cases of over-ordering, unused flowers, or change of mind.

Natural Loss Allowance
As flowers are shipped directly from the farm, a natural loss of approximately 5–10% may occur due to transport and handling. This is considered standard within the floral industry.
