- Unpack flowers immediately and remove protective packaging.
- Trim 1-2 inches off the stems at a 45-degree angle, repeating every 2-3 days.
- Place stems in a clean vase with fresh, cool water and add floral preservative.
- Change water and add new preservative every 2-3 days.
- Keep flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, drafts, and vents.
- Avoid placing flowers near ripening fruits or vegetables.
- Remove any wilted or damaged petals.
- Use a clean vase with fresh water each time you rearrange the flowers.
